Big Rivers Electric came to Deer Park to talk to the 4th grade students about electricity and energy. They brought their high voltage demonstration table and model steam engines. The students got to experience a hands-on connection to what they have been learning in the classroom.
Congratulations to our STLP team. They went to Lexington yesterday to compete in the state competition. The "Ranger Reality" yearbook project made it to the 3rd round! Way to represent the Rangers!

Pj & Popcorn Day to celebrate Jackson Roark's 16th birthday! These flyers came home today. Students have until March 19th to bring in a $1 to wear pj and receive bag of popcorn during our Drop Everything and Read for 16 minutes that day.
