This was our first attendance at the Murray State E-Day and it was amazing! We were one of many schools in attendance. The count of engineering students participating was over 600 students. There were numerous events we could have competed in had we known more and plan to next year. We also plan to take more students next year.
Despite our first attempt and small group, we still did well. We competed in the following events:
Senior Project Presentation
Additive CO2 Car
STEM Guitar
Physics Test and Experimentation
Civil Engineering
Robotics Presentation
Our Robotics Presentation team of Isaac Hay, Carson Decker, and Stephen Bender took 3rd place and the Physics Test and Experimentation team of Carter Leohr and Michael Lovett took
2nd Place. I'm very proud of these students and their continuing accomplishments. This is yet another great accolade for our joint school program of the Engineering Academy. It's also nice to bring home more trophies :)
