The Kentucky Immunization Registry has launched a public-facing portal that allows individuals to log in and access their own or their child’s immunization records. Individuals will be able to access their/their child’s full immunization record, COVID-19 Vaccine Specific record with a SMART Health Card QR code, and school certificate.
