JROTC Drill Competition

Apollo AFJROTC hosted a regional drill competition between teams from Owensboro, Frankfort, Paducah, and Jeffersonville IN.

Our cadets won the Over All Champions by winning 1st in First Year Color Guard, and 2nd Place in Advanced Color Guard, Armed Drill, Unarmed Drill and First Year Squad.  Our next competition is 15 March at Daviess County HIgh School.

Living Memorial

Living Memorial Stair Climb

Cadet Eli Christan is climbing the stairs during our 9/11 Living Memorial Ceremony. At the end of it, he will get on the microphone and say the name of someone lost during 9/11. He carries a slip of paper with the name. 

The living memorial table was also set up as a reminder to the cadets.
